Monorealty Incorporated operating with its brand Modala Beach Resort (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Monorealty Inc.”,  “Modala”) is committed to safeguard your personal information and respect your privacy rights. This Data Privacy Consent Form (“Consent Form”) details how we gather, utilize, share, and protect your personal information in compliance with the guidelines established by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations and other applicable privacy and data protection laws.
